What is a Blog ?
A blog is basically a regularly updated internet newspaper. It can be written by one person or many, and focus on personal issues, or any number of interests. Blogs use a technology called syndication to allow users to check their headlines and an outline of each story, without having to check their individual pages.

What is a Podcast ?
A podcast is a syndicated regularly produced internet radio show. Podcasts can be any kind of radio show, but unlike conventional radio, can be extremely cheap to produce and distribute. Podcasts can be manually downloaded, or subscribed to using iTunes or any podcatcher software.

What is a Vidcast ?
A Vidcast (or vodcast), is an internet TV program. Vidcasts use a technology called RSS to allow users to catch up with regularly produced, free to download episodes.
Vidcasts can cover almost any concievable topic - Music, Culture, Technology, News, Humour, Youth, Sex etc etc - basically anything which can be made into a film, tv show, or music video.
Vidcasts may be downloaded manually, or subscribed to using a podcatcher, like Juice
