  • Show system (select)
  • Add user: trial duration, trail no, start date, track file, status

• Arena Definition: select video file, select frame to use as background

• To change frame: right click on background screen - select refresh

• Arena - select area

• Zone aquisition - split in 9 zones - corner, corridor, center

• Arena - calibrate arena with known lengths - 45cm long, 33cm wide

• Display options - fix video image glitch: Video image, surface area, track

• Tracking: Processing - detection method, grey scale, darker, noise - min 30 max 200

• Tracking - update detection method - keep modifying till animal completely red
  • may require programme reset

• Tracking - update detection variables

• Tracking - start trial

• View - analyze data - right click - add parameters

• Parameter properties - add zones

• Click '!' - to calculate
